This is an exciting new approach to teaching. Creativity and brainstorming gone mad!! Bring a notepad and sense of humor to participate in this fun-filled experience. You will learn the process of creating a 3-dimensional sculptural form. Students will accompany Betty Finch rummaging through Leiser’s gourd bins brainstorming out loud about potential uses for gourds or combinations of gourds. Be the first to claim “dibs on this one!” and purchase the un-crafted gourds featured during the class at the discounted festival price. Betty will assist students with ideas, selection, planning designs and answer specific construction questions. Take your project home for completion.
